Employer Access: User Questions
I work for two different TRS-covered employers. Can I be a user within the Employer Access area for each employer?
Yes. However, both security administrators will have to establish you as a user at each district/organization. You will have a separate user ID and access code for each employer.
I am a user. The Employer Access area security administrator has resigned from her position. What do I do?
The new security administrator should contact the TRS employer security administrator at (888) 877-0890, extension 2401 or via email at email@example.com to establish himself/herself as the new security administrator.
